Dance and Creative Movement encourages all children to join in, it gives them the opportunity to interact with each other regardless of age, special needs or developmental stage. Dance is key to:-
Sensory Awareness, Health and Fitness, Cognitive Learning, Body Awareness, Concentration, Behavior,
Self Esteem, Personal Development and Special Needs.
We use dance and drama as the basis to start the learning process. These workshops are extremely energetic, lively and invigorating and with use of props and completely transforming and creating a stimulating environment a fantastic way to engage, motivate and inspire young people. The dance form itself is very expressive of the music and made up of various Indian dance forms. Dance is a celebration of life, traditions, therapy, ethnic expression and develops communication with amazing benefits..........Our artists can teach the art of Indian Dance, Bollywood, Garba, Tippanni, Bangra etc
We have performed for various Early Years Conferences, children have been given the opportunity to perform their newly taught dances with fantastic results.
Alexandra Nursery in Bolton give their children a wide range of experiences and for the 3rd year running we have been able to share our Indian Dance with them.

GARRETT HALL AND BISHOP BRIDGEMAN TOGETHER PERFORMED
AN INDIAN DANCE MEDLEY
.We showcased a dance routine which involved 2 schools being taught similar dances, Bollywood, Bangra, Tippani and much more, the children then came together to showcase their routine in front of their whole school, bringing the relationships and diversity of each school as one, it was an amazing show with headteachers and teaching staff all joining in.
Newchurch Primary School celebrated Indian Dance as a full Day Event, they also had their kitchen staff making an Indian Menu. It was amazing!
Children performing the Dandiya Dance using sticks called 'Dandiya' its great to see children picking up complicated moves in such a short time
The Orchards Nursery School children put on a performance for their parents and what a show it was, 120 or so children were involved, coming in at different stages of the performance, their smiles just showed how much they enjoyed the entire event.
Children dressed up and had special photographs taken so parents could remember the event, parents were also given the opportunity to purchase the costumes.
NOT JUST FOR CHILDREN GREAT FOR ADULTS TOO!!
