We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Venyas Workshops, we are an organisation that provides cultural workshops in Primary and Secondary schools and Community based events in the North-West. Venyas Educational Workshops offer qualified and professional artists with expertise in their various fields. We tailor individual projects and active learning weeks that incorporate specific learning objectives that enhance children’s education.

• Arts and crafts Rangoli and Islamic Art
• Music and dance from India, Bollywood and classical Indian dancing
• Traditional dress - learn about the Sari, Shalwar kameez, indian dress, insight to making your own traditional dress.
• 3D art and architecture - Mosque and temple making using various media
• Henna designs, how to make pattens using various shapes, this is done on canvas or as silk painting and now on clay.
• Rangoli patterns, producing large and individual canvas art pieces for display around schools
• Clay work, making indian clay tiles, clay divas of amazing shapes and designs.
• Indian Silk Painting - mounted on canvas or stitched to make one big display
• Puppet making - Desi dolls, make your own Indian puppets 
• Taste of Indian Cuisine, make roti, samosas, onion bhajia etc
• Indian mask making - tell the story of Rama and Sita using drama and dance.
